Marinated jerk chunky strips with mixed peppers, spinach and kidney beans. A vegans delight. A classic Caribbean dish.

INGREDIENTS:

Soya & wheat (jerk strips), mixed peppers, spinach, kidney beans, mixed spices (allergens: soya, wheat, celery, nutmeg, mustard, black pepper, pimento pepper)

Chef recommends: Serve with brown rice & chilli sauce on the side, if you like it hot.

A delicious combination of traditional flavours from vegetables including natural yam, sweet potato, chickpea, red pepper and plantain. A slow simmer in mixed spices to create a depth of Caribbean flavours.

Jack Fruit Stew

A slow cooked stew the Caribbean way. A real depth of flavours created from the fresh vegetables & spices, slowly simmered to infuse. There's no rushing when cooking this one.
