​​Order & delivery confirmation

 

​Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you shortly to confirm a delivery day with you. We endeavour to deliver to you within 3-4 days of placing your order. This allows us time to produce, freeze, package & deliver, to ensure you receive the best quality products. Times may vary for larger orders & bespoke juice programmes but generally we can do our magic and turn things round quite quickly.

Delivery days

 

​We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. If these days are not suitable please let us know as we will always try to accommodate your needs. We will always confirm before shipping.

 

 

Delivery times

 

Deliveries are usually made between 8am-4pm by courier To save you waiting in all day, we send you a text or email message can be sent to you with a 1-hr window of delivery time. You will have the option here to ask the courier to leave the parcel somewhere safe or with a neighbour if required.

If you require a morning delivery, we have a by 12:00 option. We can also arrange for a Saturday delivery, please contact us to arrange.

 

 

If not home to take delivery

Don't panic, there are some options. You can instruct the couriers to either;

​

• Leave the parcel with a good, willing neighbour.

• Leave the parcel in a safe place eg in porch, in shed, behind garden bush.

• Leave the parcel at a local store (local options listed by Dpd) for you to collect.

Will my juices still be frozen?

​

Yes. Our packaging is designed to keep your products frozen for up to 48 hours. We take great care in ensuring you receive a perfectly packaged parcel.
